    MANY YEARS AGO I VISITED A SUBSIDIARY OF
    SHELLER-GLOBE IN MONTEREY WHICH MADE RUBBER
    PRODUCTS. I HOPE YOUR BUNGEE CORD DIDN'T COME FROM THAT PLANT AS I DID NOT SEE ANY EVIDENCE
    OF A QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM IN THE PLACE.
